Therapy should be a true partnership. Anchored by our philosophy of calm, collaborative, evidence-based psychotherapy<\/em>, we will use proven frameworks like CBT, DBT and ACT to help you process difficult emotions, understand underlying patterns, and build concrete tools for everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I bring 18 years of nursing and mental health practice to our sessions, including over a decade at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. I am a Doctoral Candidate of Counseling and Psychotherapy at Yorkville University and hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a CPMHN(C) certification, and am an accredited member of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (A-CBT). In addition to client care, I provide rigorous clinical supervision to fellow practitioners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
